Best Buy/HSBC HSBC Retail Services Horrible banking policy won't budge on due date City of Industry, California

We are on a limited income and since my husband had to retire because of the economy and job situation here he was forced to go on Social Security. He receives his check in the middle of the month. Best Buy had set our due date on the 12th or 13th and since he is now on social security we have tried numerous times to move the due date to the 15th which is only a few days. They refuse to help us which is odd since every other credit card was more than willing to change it. This is extremely poor and ignorant customer service and I will be sure to NOT recommend them to anyone wishing to buy anything from them or even shop in their store. Their bank must be in very poor shape since they can't accommodate their customers. It's no wonder they are barely hanging on in this economy since they are unwilling and refuse to help their customers.
