This company sells perfumes and markets them as authentic. I have been wearing the same fragrance for over 10 years and this time bought from them because they were 10% LESS than what I had been used to paying. The fragrance arrived in what appeared to be the authentic packaging and I discarded the packaging and placed the lovely bottle on my dresser. One week later when I used the fragrance, it smelled funny. I tried it again a week after that and even my children noticed I smelled different. I took the bottle to Macy's (where I usually buy my fragrance) and the rep told me it was not authentic, not the same as what they sell and it was an illegal knock off. I contacted the company and they only way they will accept a return is if it is in the original packaging, never opened and "REFUSED" written on the outside of the box. THEY RIPPED ME OFF to the tune of over $70.00

I had a similar experience with BestBuyFragrance.com. I placed an order for a 3.4oz bottle of Fierce by Abercrombie & Fitch, and received a counterfeit product. The bottle was missing the raised lettering on the glass and had a cheap generic cap, and had stickers attached to make it look like the actual product. Whatever was in the bottle smelled like pure alcohol.

After contacting them, they refused to pay return shipping or send me a legitimate replacement. They eventually refunded my order, but only after I told them I was contacting my credit card company to stop payment due to fraud. Given the number of similar reports I've seen, I'd definitely avoid doing business with them.
