did not provide Norton product

www.bestnorton.com supposedly sells norton anti-virus products for low prices. You pay them through Paypal and they are supposed to provide the product codes to your email so that you can use your software. After paying for Norton 360 I realized the company is based in China after I got a receipt from Paypal and the name on the receipt was in Chinese characters. I never received an email with the codes. Paypal says they normally will not cover virtual products such as software, but they say they will return my money as an exception. I will never pay for a product with Paypal again. My credit card will automatically take off a bad charge like this, but with Paypal the money came out of bank account and now I need to wait 10 days before they reimburse me.

Here's my retraction! Bestnorton.com is not a scam.
The email they sent me just got lost in my spam file. I wish I could take back this report but I don't know how. If anyone knows how please tell me and I'll remove it. Bestnorton.com is a good company and does give the product keys for their norton products. Also I got a great price. I'm sorry, sorry, sorry!!!
