What a joke this woman is. I run a carpet cleaning company in Escondido and "Betsy" contacted me wanting to know if I would like to barter my services for either a 1 week Carnival Cruise, or a 1 week stay at any resort through RCI. I was given a physical address in La Costa where she said she was living. **Looks like she has some connection with people living there and is moving in, she has posting's on Craigslist with her 888 number trying to get rid of stuff from current residence because she is moving** The home I cleaned had a family living there, and the back part of the house had some of Betsy's clothes I was told. I am completely savvy of the con artist and she blew this one on me bigtime. This house was trashed and I did a killer job. Half way through the day she came by and brought a hairstylist and cut everyone's hair that lived there. She gave me all the details on the voucher, told me that she had used them before, and that I would have no problem with them, she even told me that if I did not want them, she would pay me cash for my time. She asked me if I wanted to see the vouchers while I was working, and I didn't , I kept working-MISTAKE!! Turns out she split while I was working and left the vouchers with some random guy at the house. Upon looking at the vouchers, they were just discounts off ridiculously high room rates at some sketchy website. When I called her on her private line 619 792 4179, she acted like she was misled, and kept on lieing, and said she couldn't pay me because she was broke. The lies kept comming.. I told her that I wanted to come to her house to talk about the matter, and then started making threats. She knew I was a family man, and that I wanted to take my family on vacation....still scammed me blind. Haven't been ripped in a long time, guess I needed this to set me straight. Lucky for me, all I lost was 6.5 hours of my life and some cost in chemicals.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO???
