Better Business Bureau Houston/Fort Bend Texas The BBB has reduced my rating to

I contacted the Houston office of the BBB on 10/13/2011 to inquire why my rating went from being a "A-" to an "F" rating as my rating was an "A" up until the time that my membership was expired the suspiciously went to an "F" rating. I have sent numerous emails regarding this as it has effected my business in Huge way and cost me alot of money. They have not changed my rating back to an "A" because I refuse to renew my membership with them. Because of this, I have contacted many of my client to find out if this was why they were no longer on our rotation for service and they have said, and I quote "there was a bad rating with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU" and they decided to change to another company. I am not sure of the exact amount that this has cost me but it is being investigated now. And I am in the process of getting written statement from the clients so that I can proceed with action.
