Beware purchasing the Miracle Ear Hearing Aids. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee even if they do not work from day one. Here is my Father-in-Laws story. On February 4 2011 he picked up his hearing Aids from Miracle Ear located insides Sear's. He could not hear conversations from day one, here is the icing on the cake, the right Hearing Aid completely failed. He returned on day three February 7 2011 for another adjustment. Even after the adjustment they still never worked properly. His old worn out Hearing Aids worked 10X better than the inferior Miracle Ear. The Miracle Ear offers a 30 day "full money back", with a huge clause in small writing, that you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. How many elderly people have a hard time reading the fine print? This cost my Father-in-law $775.00 for 3 day DEMO on an inferior product that does not work properly. This company preys on the disabled and elderly people. I recommend finding a reputable Hearing Aid company with a 100% Customer satisfaction guarantee and not an 85% Customer satisfaction with tons of clauses.
