bidstick.com not sending items won Internet

I won muliple items on bidstick.com in Sept.2010 and never got them. I've been emailing them lots of times and they replied saying that the items connot be shipped to Canada due to customs.They promised to email me a list of items that I will be able to choose from in exchange of the items they cannot ship. I'm still waiting for that list and emailing them every week. I won other items around the same time and I got them. I continued bidding cause it was fun and I was winning interesting items for almost nothing! Now I realize that maybe bidstick is a scam and I may never get those items and won and I am expecting for more than 6 months now. I've trying to call the number I found in their website(contact us) and no one is there to answer, it's an answering machine saying that I have to email them. Since yesterday I can't even get trought their website. My computer won't recognize the web page. Hopefuly they didn't get the nerves to block my computer from their site! I spent lots of money there and all I want is my items or a refund. If this website is a scam they need to be stopped before too many people looses money.
