These people must be shut down. I have noticed some of the things as the other person who has written a complaint here has noticed. In the game rooms the same people win over and over again. You can also watch the number of players be at a certain number and after the announcement that the purchase of cards is closed and after the final seconds have ticked down to zero the number of players will increase from 3-8 players at times. The same group of names seems to win constantly and some of these people are the big winners listed in the winners advertisement. You will see these people in the rooms almost all the time. When I questioned this to one of the monitors during a game I was told not to be spreading discontent among the players. When I pressed for an answer to why the same people could not possibly be so lucky as to win so many games in a row and the bigger jackpots I was told that if I persisted I would be banned from the site.

They will syphon money from your account even though you did not authorize it. I also know that they have tapped my account for monies I did not authorize. When you call to complain about the charges against your credit card you will get a very rude person with an Indian accent who wants to scream at you then hang up when you demand proof that the charges are legitimate. I felt as if it was advertised on a national TV station then it must surely be approved by the FCC that it was a legitimate company. This company should be investigated and shut down as they are bilking people out of their money.

Another sad part is that there is no way for one to remove their credit card information from their database once you provide it to them. The other problem is if you win one of their bonuses they will tell you that the credit will post to your available balance after 6:00 PM EST and that never happens either. These people are nothing but sharks and the US Attorney General and other state Attornies General should call for a full investigation of this company.
