The staff at this office is the rudiest I have ever encountered. June hung up on me in mid-sentance because "she had another more important client on the other line." The other woman was extremely condescending. I would never do business with these people. If the owner of the agency knew this is how they treated people on the phone, then they would both be fired!

Do yourself a favor complain about the behavior directly to the agent. Better yet make a (3) way call to the agents office and agents personal cell proving that the instance is still occuring on a regular basis. You have to take customer service into your own hands if you plan on staying with the same agent. Don't expect results unless you plan to take action beyond an anonymous internet complain.
