Wow--they keep on getting complaints. This is not the only website out there that has Blooms Today complaints. Feel sorry for the last gentleman. Funerals are painful enough without the frustration of having your flowers or arrangement not delivered, delivered late, or on a different day. From all the post I read on the internet this is common with this company. It should not happen once to anyone!!!!!
I know why this probably happens....the local florist filling your order is getting paid a pittance on the arrangement so he probably does the work orders that he gets paid on from locals and then fills those at the end of the day with left over flowers that Blooms Today throughs his way. I also read that the arrangements are not what was ordered. I will never know because the flowers we ordered were for a 90 year old woman in a different state. Before you order from them go read the complaints of how the arrangements are smaller in size and dont look like what your ordered. My complaint was the invoicing of my order. it comes across as three entries on my credit card...YEP read this closely one order of flowers comes in as three entries on your credit card. So to get the 50% off to a max of 35$ you must join the BLOOMS REWARD PROGRAM--------just dont---you get charged 9.99 a month recurring to your credit card. Summation: Dont order from them....buy flowers from a florist with a physical address. just look up a florist on the internet in the city you ant the flowers to be delivered : ( sad customer in Houston
