I bought at May 25, 2011 from Aliexpress a "Epad-7" tablet pc
with Android OS 2.2, VIA8650 CPU,256M/2GB, Support flash 10.1".I paid
for DHL shipping cause I wanted fast shipping and they told me that it
takes 3-5 days to come to my country.It took 10 days to arrive and after
all this delay the microphone on the tablet was not working, also the
battery was dead and after 16 hours charging which they told me to do
the battery was not working and I could use the tablet pc only with the
power charger cable.The quality was extremely bad, it was trash really.I
contacted them and I told them that I will send it back and that I want
a refund.They accepted so I shipped it back and they have receive the
product 2 weeks ago and still I haven't receive the refund I asked!
Everyday they say again and again to wait and that this procedure is
taking time.If they dont send me the refund then I will report them to
Internet Crime Complaint Center and everywhere I can!!
Now I started to report their Sales manager Alex Xia told me that
they will never send me the refund. So as you can see people their
intent from the beginning was to steal my money! BEWARE PEOPLE!!
Big Fraudment Company!
