Blue Power Solar Will not refund my deposit Etobicoke, Ontario

I sent in a $ 300.00 deposit for a Microfit solar project, and I was told if connection with Hydro was not approved I would get my deposit back. I was told in June 2011 that connection is not possible, and ever since then been chasing my deposit. Blue Power will not return my calls or emails and has blocked me from their Facebook page.

Blue power scam? June 11, 2012 I sent a registered letter asking for my deposit back since it had been almost a year from the original contract date and nothing had been done. I have also been chasing my deposit ever since. I have been told they would be sending it out that day twice now.

When I called today, July 26, 2012, the phone just rings and rings and there is no voicemail at all. Have they gone out of business?
