I bought jeans online from a company who appeared to sell original products and who also seemed to be located in the US. However, the money were deducted from a bank in Beijing and they wrote me back in pour english, telling me that one pair was out of stock. It immediately became clear to me that this was a chinese company. I asked them to refund my entire order and told them I did not want any fake/replica products and they should not pretend to sell original brands online. I have not received any refund at all - not even for the pair that was out of stock. Neither have I received any package from them. I have been emailing them every day and they do not reply me. My order status online is just "processing" but it has been a month since I placed my order. They have no phone number or address listed and I only got their email address because they emailed me regarding the item which was out of stock.
Do NOT deal with this company - they will rip you off.

The true religion brand online jeans australia has done the same thing to us!!! They have taken money from our account and now saying we have no order placed with them.

They did the same thing to me. I wished I have researched the company before giving them my credit card number. They didn't accept American Express or Master Card. They asked only for Visa and it happens the only visa I have is my debit card. I called my bank to dispute the charge. I hope it will be done.
