Brandon DiBernardo has represented himself as a "new technology" pioneer,but he is nothing but a new age con man. This site, as well as others , are replete with reports of Brandon's exploits at the expense of other people's money,He utilized the the investment money in his firm and loans to the company, incorporated as NYLA Interactive as a shell to support his activities in Las Vegas as a gay entrepreneur and party boy with a lifestyle beyond his means. He maintained to his shareholders that he had developed a code that compressed software in such a way that Apple, Inc was interested in it an he continued this belief through many very carefully crafted frauds , even using a jpeg of the deceased Steven Jobs signature to convince his shareholders of the validity of his "code'. Brandon DiBernardo is a fraud and a liar, but , although he has taken advantage of many people,he is particularly most alarming to the gay community as he seems to prey there as his most susceptible victims.
