I sent in a payment of over $300 to , and I never got my product. Their phone numbers are all disconnected, and they don't respond to emails. They use to take your payment, but again, they all have none working phone numbers and emails.

I also have experienced the exact same thing. However I used Skype to call China and it worked fine every time. However the language barrier was difficult, but they do speak English.

I actually recently received and EMS tracking number, that will eventually be delivered via USPS. But to date my order still says pending on their poor quality website. EMS tracking simply says that it is still in Shanghai.

It has been over a month.

Lame.
