Brasil Courier BR Courier Courier service not delivering package nor providing customer assistance Newark, New Jersey

On April 3rd, 2010 my sister-in-law submitted 2 packages to the courier service Brasil Courier (New Jersey branch) for delivery to Sao Paulo (Brazil). The 2 packages were scheduled to be delivered on May 27th, 2010 (according to tracking info on www.brasilcourer.com).


As of this date January 8th, 2011 no delivery has been made and content of the packages became already useless. We contact this company every month since July 2010 (by phone since emails never get answered) and always get the same ridiculous answers, such as "we are working on it", "we will have an update for you by next month", "our manager is handling this issue personally" or "we hope to have this sorted out by next month".


I am aware that things in Brazil are not working always the easy way but to wait for over 9 months (!) for a delivery is not acceptable anymore in any way. Brasil Courier shows absolutely no concern or willingness to resolve this issue, nor do they seem to feel the need to update their concerned customers regarding any delivery problems.

I'm having a similar problem with BR-courier in Ca El Cerrito.I shipped 2 boxes in there El Cerrito Branch and had planed to pick up the boxes myself in Goiania GO Brasil, but when I tracked the boxes, I was told that the boxes had not yet left the US, when I called, the person who ansered the phone told me that the boxes had been apreheended by Brazilian customs, it sounded fishy. So, after a few phone calls and questions, I was told then the thruth.That the boxes was still in there office, because I had illegal items in the boxes!!! It's a joke! these people think that We are all knukcle heads out here! I have contacted the US state attorney general Kamala D. Harrys and will take legal action once I get back to the US in November.TAKE ACTION!
