Brilliance Honda Crystal
Brilliance Honda Crystal Lake Kevin Keefe Liar Liar Pants on Fire Crystal Lake, Illinois
27th of Dec, 2010 by User376725
Kevin Keefe, owner of Brilliance Honda is not trustworthy and encourages his staff to lie to customers. We were told that the service package we bought could be used at any Honda dealership. Turns out it is only good at Brilliance Honda (which does us no good because we moved). However, when we called Brilliance for clarification we were told to fax a letter for a full refund. Great. Too good to be true, we faxed, we called, we emailed. When we happened to get someone we were always told "no problem" but no refund, no response. I finally spoke with Kevin Keefe and he agreed our problem was mishandled by his staff and offered a refund. Guess what, no refund and no further communication from Mr. Keefe. We were given the royal runaround. These people cannot be trusted and lie, lie, lie.
