I gave Wendell Mark Sanders A 4500.00 deposit on a property he did not own, he did not return the money and had no intent on selling property or returning money. I sued him he has lied in court and filed a false police report stating I cursed him and threatned him on the phone.
I have done extensive research and find he is the head of a crime ring getting people who have property in foreclosure to quit claim their property to them with the promise of a return than lease optioning the house and giving them nothing.
