Brookshire Holloway is just another name for another company that will take your money and make you loose your home. Michael Wayman and Don Brokaw have no conscience. The company has gone through so many name changes, they cant even answer the phone right!!! They are taking all of their old loan mod clients that they did no work on and trying to convince them that they now have to sign up for a mass joinder lawsuit against their lender. They want $5000. They changed attorneys several times already and were originally saying they were Kramer and Kaslow. Then Kramer and Kaslow put a cease and desist on their website against US Financial Advantage. Now they have another attorney and another company name. How come the same people that are in their legal department are the same ones that worked on my modification? Why would I trust a company that has not performed for the last year. Not to mention that I have been lied to left and right. The class action lawsuit should be AGAINST them!! Whatever you do.......DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!! You will get screwed.

I worked for these guys before and they are the worst men that I have ever encountered. For being cops, they sure are some crooks! My understanding is also that Mike fired Don because he cant stand up to his bitch daughter (who works there) or his punk ass, worthless son. I have personally seen these two completely rob thier customers and thier employess. All they did when i worked for them was sit in Mike's office and figure out new ways to rob people! DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM MONEY!
