As stated before everyone would here more from me about Brookstone Law. They are located in Newport Beach at 4000 MacArthur suite #10 but the web sight says that they are suite 11. They use intimidation techniqs against their employees. The place is being operated at the top by Damien Kutchner & Vito Torchia Jr( "the puppet lawyer"). Then they have these two weasels that lie and decieve employees. Eddie Brown and Jonathan Mansfield are the two creeps that assist Damien and Vito. Eddie & Jonathan like to constantly remind and tell the employees that there is a guy waiting in line for a job. So, they are able to trick people to work 12 hours per day M-F, on Sat. 5 hours not paying for over time! They get away with this because they contract people, the labor board should still get involved. They pretend to pay a salary and they lie about that aswell. They tell you that you will be paid a certain dollar amount and come pay day it is not that dollar amount much less then what they initially promised. Then they change it up for the next pay period and it will still be less than what was promised!! Honestly, find another firm to do your legal work with. Brookstone is a den of thieves and crooks!! Eddie and Jonathan are well trained in the art of manipulation and deception. They all know that this economy is tuff and they are taking advantage of both sides, the clients and employees. Hey, every one would'nt it be an awsome thing if people did a "joinder lawsuit" against Brookstone. The irony of former employees sueing Brookstone for money owed! I highly recommend people to go to another lawfirm not Brookstone!
