Broward Factory Service Most incompetent air conditioning company ever Clearwater, Florida

Broward had a service agreement with the owners of a condo we recently leased. Their service sales technician, Robert, seemed determined to sell a new system rather than service the present system and the owners of the condo fell for his sales pitch. Robert was the most rude, obnoxious person my fiancee and I have ever encountered, and we are both in our mid-60s. After the new air conditioning system was installed, a pan underneath the system in the attic, which had a float switch on it, was installed improperly, causing the pan to fill and overflow, taking down a 4 foot by 6 foot section of our ceiling. The float switch was installed at the high end of the pan, which was not level, so it couldn't begin to work properly. This A/C system was installed in mid-August, and today marks the 17th time Broward has been to our condo to do things such as fix condensation lines and freon leaks. It is now November 16th and we just got through calling Broward again because we have no air conditioning. Their only concern always seems to be getting in and out as quickly as possible, with no regard to the job being done right. We have never dealt with or witnessed a more incompetent, unprofessional, sloppy company as inept as Broward. Although we are tenants, we have been inconvenienced by these buffoons for the past three months straight, and would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.
