Landmark Case Against Bruce Baldinger - New Jersey Lawyer Guilty! Find Appelate Decision here: July 7, 2011 - Found Guilty of refusing to pay back $70,000 loan - in APPEAL!!!! Bruce Baldinger was already found guilty of trying to avert the law and his financial obigations on November 10, 2010 when a judge ruled and ordered that he pay $70,000 restitution for a loan he received in good faith to pay for "his" legal fees, even though he himself is a lawyer. Instead of respecting the judge's decision, and showing respect to the person he ripped off for $70,000 (who was kind enough to lend him some money to pay for his legal fees), in total defiance, and in covert hostility fashion, he attempts to "Appeal" the decision. He filed the appeal because he told his staff and his closest friends that "the judge was crazy", "the judge didn't know what he was doing", "the judge was an idiot" and "the judge doesn't know the law." He had his own staff and friends SOOOOO convinced that he was smarter than the judges and that he knew more about the law than most judges. So they followed him like loyal (but blind) disciples into the world of appelate law - and lost! Now his staff and friends are in doubt as to the truthfulness of their leader, Bruce Baldinger, and are starting to doubt his vision for world domination. Bruce Baldinger felt that the people in the appeals division would listen to him but just a few days ago they ruled against him and found him guilty of attempted embezzlement - refusing to pay $70,000 restitution. Further the decision states that he "wrongfully benefited from the use of that $70,000 for over two years." Clearly, even the appelate division know knows Bruce Baldinger is a total fraud. He was not happy with the fact that he was ordered to pay the person back the $70,000 so he dragged out the insanity for another 7 months through a convoluted "appeal" which he falsified everything he stated under oath - Another FRAUD upon the appelate courts. He still won't pay the $70,000 (much less other money he stole from others) and due to the contractual obligation and nature of the violation being considered in contempt of court and in violation of litigants rights Bruce Baldinger could lose his law license, sanctioned, fined, imprisoned or face more severe consequences for his egregious acts of abusing his law license yet again. A normal human being would simply return the money or make an honest payment arrangement to restore the trust, honesty and decency with their creditor. He wasn't supposed to fight it in the first place much less appeal it. This is not a story about "law" - this is a story about evil and the extent that some people will go to hurt others for financial gain. Every crime that Bruce Baldinger committed is being reported to American Greed the TV show on CNBC to show the world what kind of sick son of a bitch this man really is. Bruce Baldinger took it to a whole new level never seen before in society due to his convincing ability to lie and now society is about to remove his liberties (a 10-15 year prison sentence for other financial crimes he committed is now in the works through the criminal justice system). Bruce Baldinger can't refrain from intentionally lying and causing anyone and everyone that comes into contact with him great harm. He has a "lie factory" in his brain and he is programmed like a robot to lie, cheat, steal and destroy. He has a "law license" to do it too. Sick, right? Bruce Baldinger is not normal. He was given many chances by his victims to be honest.
Many of his victims have come forward and through the FOIL (Freedom of Information Law) learned that he was diagnosed with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (Sociopath) by his Psychiatrist - a mental disease for which there is no known cure. Moreso, this disease is very dangerous upon society and the public when it is diagnosed upon a greedy lawyer because lawyers are supposed to be "officers" of the court, in trusted legal positions and they are obligated to be honest. Bruce Baldinger continues to dramatize his psychotic episodes more and more frequently now because he consistently loses court decision after court decision and is now under investigation criminally by numerous federal government agencies for substantial financial frauds he perpetrated upon others across many other jurisdictions and these agencies are not going to fall for the same BS he has been getting away with in NJ (a notoriously corrupt state). So the criminal investigations against him are federal and very serious and are piling up very high now. Now that Bruce Baldinger lost this appeal his mental state of mind has deteriorated beyond anything that is rational or sane and he has gone into another psychotic break a few days ago - punch drunk on perjury and still making all sorts of threats to his imagined "enemies" because he could not stand to lose that appeals decision knowing what it will lead to (disbarment and imprisonment). Yet, Bruce Baldinger still refuses to pay the $70,000 because he thinks "he is right" in his distorted, warped and criminally motivated mind. No medication can cure his serious mental affliction. Only when Bruce Baldinger gives back ALL the money he stole (estimated to be approximately $2,000,000 - $3,000,000) from ALL his victims over the last few years will there be justice and will he begin to recover his sanity. But everyone knows he won't do that. The money is too important to him. Some people just can't let go of the money they steal. They think money is so important that without it they are unable to define their life in any meaningful way. They justify it in their heads as "mine" and no amount of truth, sanctions, contempt, appeals, or prison sentence can disabuse them of the idea that they shouldn't take or try to keep what doesn't belong to them. Society tends to remove these types from doing more harm with imprisonment to keep society safe from such certain dangers and threats which never go away. This was a FRAUD upon the appelate court because Bruce Baldinger, knew, prima facie that he owed that money but because he is a very sophisticated criminal and does everything underhanded he attempted to frustrate the courts and the creditor who he borrowed the $70,000 from to avoid paying his financial obligations. Bruce Baldinger is considered one of the most dangerous attorneys in the entire state of New Jersey because of the vast number of people he intentionally hurt through the legal system. Bruce Baldinger never made a valuable contribution to society and nobody who comes in contact with him is safe. People have been hurt physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially and even sexually. Society needs relief from Bruce Baldinger and needs it fast because who knows what he is capable of now that he is teetering on the brink of disbarment or imprisonment. God help save the people from Bruce Baldinger.
