I wasn't impressed with their service department. I recently took my tractor there for service. I had started the job, but it was more than I was able to do, so the tractor was partially disassembled. I had the replacement part and all the harware to reassemble the tractor which I gave the counter person when I checked in the tractor. The did install the part, but then they discarded all the other hardware and didn't reassemble the tractor. When I picked it up, they told me they would look for the other parts. After a few days they called back and told me that they didn't have the parts anymore. I asked them to look for them again, and when they called back a few days later, they told me they never received the other hardware. Avoid these guys, they don't take responsibility for anything.
