there scaming , wake up people!

I actually didn't win the auction, but was still contacted by bob after it was over and he said he would build me the car i want at what was my highest bid 12,500. with in less then 24 hrs i was emailed a contract to sign and a bank to send a wire transfer. (even ebay says dont do wire transfers) I said your rushing me and I dont do wires transfers, so he said do a cashiers check. these are all ways of having no protection on your purchase. As far as his positive feedback there things he purchased from other people, that he bought not what he sold. that's because the auctions for the cars end in 90 days from ebay so no one would ever be able to leave feedback, in the same token you are not covered by ebay on your purchase because there only going to do that within 90 days after your purchase. Your giving this guy full price , your taking all the risk..you have nothing for a year or more to show for your investment. it's a Scam people. If he's behind on building, then why does he quiet posting adds on ebay. no one can build a quality car in the time frame he's talking ! Wake up people! Once I asked him to take share the risk, well I guess he figured I was smarter than the rest and that ended the contact. that's what made me investigate more. there is a guy selling a t/a from him on ebay right now. the car had 2 bolts laying in the transmission pan., didn't run right, paint job was shit and one quarter needs replaced, rusted out. IF it Sounds to good, Then it is. Stay away don't be a VICTIM OF THIS GUY! Trust me he'll give you his sad family story on the phone (more info then you need to no) and sounds like a nice guy! What recpectable business owner asks for all upfront! Would he give someone all his hard earned money without as much as a title of a car as proof of ownership!
