Work not done yet! No payment made, Good. Paper work and info is hard to get from Bryan. Contract took one month to come by email. He knew it was insurance claim. The estimate had word INVOICE is on it and no number? Only cell phone contact and not answered with business name and only by him. Only sales call left no paper work or a business card. Promised estimate that 4-18 and I emailed many times and recieved 5-15. STRANGE.. last night at dinner, got a call from worker/owner Bryan. to make payment through paypal link he would send me right away. (he doesn't nake contact a great deal) Called dinnertime last night to make payment thru his link from paypal. This morning at 10:00 am, he asked why I hadn't sent it? On a Saturday morning and he wanted it on a DEBIT CARD only. See if my would allow a larger transactions thru DEBIT CARD. He had people calling like crazy for pools, because that was my real concern. Morton posted at 8 am 6-4, this all happened 6/3 and 6/4 to me.

So glad you also posted. This guy is not reputable. Do not pay him or get involved with him. We now have to start all over, our pool looks worse than before he started. All his advertising is the same as 3 years ago. We were swindled in 2008, and his web site is STILL the same, and now he has added a facebook site. Really want to get the word out so others are not taken advantage of. Really wish we had taken him to court but hopefully someone else will!

Oh. I am just realizing that I am not the only one this idiot screwed over. He did our pool 2 seasons ago. Looked great. 4, 000 bucks later and about 3 months. Pool started cracking . Now I have alot of big pieces coming up. He said this would last years. It didnt even last the first season. Phone calls went unanswered. Promises to come back were broken. Cant even return calls. He tells my husband to lose his number. So then he leaves a post on Facebook that he is going out of business period. So of course I left him a nice post and he deleted it and blocked me. So I left it again from another email. Deleted. maybe I will go to the news. Jerk..
