After doing some research about E-Cigs (electronic cigarettes), I decided to try BullSmoke.com, as their site seemed operational and their prices were fair. I was in for a big surprise after I ordered. I opted for overnight shipping ($20+) assuming that BullSmoke, like nearly all online retailers, processed their orders the next business day. Nope. Not only do they not process their orders the next business day, but they will hold your order for ransom until they feel like processing it. I tried to use their site's "Live Chat" feature to no avail. No one ever responded. After emailing their support email address ([email protected]) I eventually received a response that my order would not ship until later. Not today, not tomorrow...just "later." After perusing their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/buybullsmoke) I can see that I'm not the only one with this problem, as there are several people that are complaining their orders are never fulfilled.
