I placed an order and received a confirmation email and my account was charged for the $76.


I never received a shipping confirmation or the items.


They do not answer the phone, reply to emails or update claims through their support portal.


Their shopping website works great and says they have customer support waiting but it is false. Do not use!

Same here. I never received my order. And they don't answer their phones. Maybe we should file a complaint together? We seriously need to post this on Yahoo! Answers since it gets better rankings. These guys are complete scammers.

Yeah... I think they scam certain items, and do not scam others... I ordered the 5 key beginner bump key set, and it arrived within 3 days, but then I ordered the Brockhage Flex Hammer Plus, and it was never processed.
