Got a quote for a working very slightly used Samsung Gravity T cell phone. This company recycles phones but they were offering a price that I was unable to get trying to sell the phone myself. Their website quoted $46.00. They paid the shipping. When I checked out at their site and printed my label the quote had dropped by less than a dollar with no explanation. They received the like new phone with no scratches, a screen protector, the charger, good battery, original box, manual, etc. After the week for examining the phone, they changed the quote without notifying me to $42.00, almost 10%. I emailed and requested the phone be returned. They did not respond. I got the check and was able to cash it. I made reports on BBB and here, and got a nice email saying that they would pay the additional $4.00. Over a week later I got another email from the vice president saying that because I reported their actions to BBB they could not make the payment. I don't expect to ever get the payment, but I would like to warn anyone considering selling a working phone, or other electronic to find a business who stands by their quotes and deals honestly.
