Excessive shipping and evasive information

Buyperfecttortilla.com - it was advertised on a local channel. I ordered online. The price quoted was $10.00 and $7.95 shipping and handling. The special offer advertised on the tv was buy 1 set get 1 free and pay only the shipping and handling, this offer was also online and I accepted it.
There was never a total shown until AFTER my credit card information was taken. The shipping charge was $31.80!
I tried to cancel my order - there is no customer service online or by phone. There is no live human by phone. There is no company phone number lsited, no address or website other than the order page.

I have no recourse-their policy is returns are less any shipping and handling. I am going to write the station who aired this commercial to complain.

Never fell for one like this before....lesson - never do the BONUS offers.

ordered perfect tortilla online and by the time it was done and said they quoted me 71.11 they keep telling me they cannot find my order but i know it wont show until they charge my credit card to keep the 31.08 for shipping. apparently theres no way to cancel and their customer service people are very rude. never again.

Excessive shipping and evasive information
Tried to charge me almost $140 for a $75 order - both numbers includes product plus processing & handling.
No way to talk to a human being there, only recordings.
Their web site has a lot of confusing and misleading information and you can't go back to check on anything until you have ordered product, but by then it is too late.
Things started to look like a scam to me & checked the internet and they have a lot of similar complaints.
Had to cancel my credit card before they would charge it & will be getting new credit card. Cancelling my credit card also protects me from their no refund on processing and handling charges - $63 in my case
Could have been a good product, but their sales practices means you are scammed if you buy from them.
