I have sent this vendor my payment 6 days ago. I got a similar reply regarding my payment. Ryan guy said we will try to collect your payment as soon as possible. I mean my order should have been shipped many days ago. It's just ridiculous that he didn't even confirm my payment and yet and haven't gave me a tracking number or anything. I doubt that my order has been shipped out because he is simply ignoring me since my payment. Now I just hope that at least I didn't get scammed and my order will still ship out soon. :(

He received my payment almost one week ago and still haven't replied to me regarding my shipment. Totally ignoring me. :(
I trusted this vendor because this vendor was supposed to be recommended for people living in USA and Canada. But it looks like they have very bad customer service and possibly scammers because I still haven't heard anything since my WU payment. |

| it was me who posted that, i received the package finally UNOPENED !, in fact i received it twice, they sent a replacement, SIX MONTHS after ordering it ... so i withdraw the scam report and i just call this people super LAZY.. it takes ages to respond to emails, they send you the wrong tracking number and are to lazy to look up what it really was... not sure what they hell was going on, but if they just sent me the correct tracking number this all would not had been a problem |
