Deseptive Short Sale company with a tied interest in an escrow company under the name Community Realty Escrow (suspended license) and Realty Escrow. Company extorts commissions from real estate agents and real estate investors. C G short sales abuses its own escrow by means of threatening to collect its exorbitant fee either with consent or not through it controlled Escrow.

Edward Canas Owner of CG Short sales once a part owner of Century 21 Community and Community Reaty Escrow is a man that has robbed and withheld many agents from there commissions and continues to defraud the banks with false information. Edward Canas will continue to take advantage of the poor community and will keep lieing to people and taking them for what ever he can. Do not trust Edward Canas as for the short sale department well the employes have no fault but have became victoms of this Evil False Business Fraud.
