C4 CONNECTIONS is struggling and its evident why... first things first they run customer service ads and its a sales position...second they only run group interviews (very unprofessional) in the interview they promote $100 per sale but leave out that they take a percentage out for supposedly sales that cancel that turnes your $100 per sale into $50-$60. They'll promote management and making $100k per year but also leave out the fact that it only is $100k if the office performs if the office doesnt perform you dont come close to $100k.. in every office there are what they call comma club awards posted on the walls what they fail to tell you is more than half are FAKE!!!! thats what they call a promoting tool... they started a website called greatstudentwork.com that is very vague they feel the younger the person is the more nieve they are. The target is 18-25 they feel they can brainwash anyone that fals in that age range. if you tell them you want a customer service position over the sales position they make up some fake call center job that totally doesnt exist and will play the part out in full. They act as if their staff is extreamly full to sacre the applicants until you walk into a room of 3-6 people and only 2 of them have been there over 6 weeks... AT&T is their largest client and they have zero respect for them AT&T comes in and says 1thing they say "dont listen to them listen to us". They keep people on board that have had fraud cases (credit card) which tells alot about their integrity. Just to make another dollar lol... Beware and steer clear... SCAM,FRAUD,LIERS,CHEATS,GREEDY,DIS-LOYAL I could go on and on... THEY TARGET THE PEOPLE THEY CAN TURN INTO PUPPETS and if you can operate without strings they'll use you and dispose of you*BEWARE*

Just so get the full experience of what Twats this company really is... Here is my personal correspondence to one of their so called HR people. Please see below.

Heather,

Just wanted to thank you for the chance to interview with Bob from Dallas (he is quite the character) and Preet also as you said, a character, I had a concern about the interview process that I wanted to inquire about, the process seemed to be more of a mass recruiting session for a door to door sales/customer service position and when I was interviewed by Bob, I wasn't asked any questions about my work history or my qualifications or who I am as a person, I don't think the whole process lasted more than 3 minutes total, he just looked at my application and said he'd be in touch. I have had and given a lot of interviews in my time and career but this one was by far the most interesting, I'm asking this because I truly am curious about this, why would you call a person in to interview them, let them sit through a two hour session without letting them know they could possibly be there that long and then essentially not interview them at all? Bob said he wasn't interested in resumes because "you can make them whatever you want them to be" and he could tell what kind of person we were just by body language, interesting at best and I will agree that you can see a little about a persons personality that way but I wasn't even given the respect of any questions being asked about my background or my qualifications. Is this the typical culture for C4 Connections' hiring process? I just felt that a lot of our (the other applicants there for the admin position of which there were many) time was wasted in this process, only to sit for a couple of hours and listen to Bob prattle on about a position that three quarters of us weren't even there for. I feel duped and disrespected and I am perturbed at MY time being wasted for nothing at all. Again thank you for the opportunity but I am looking to settle in with a firm were I am respected as a person and my talents and skills mean something, but mostly that the company I work for in the future has integrity.

Best,

Hylan Givot

Hylan,

Tomorrow you will be meeting with our California Director of Sales! His name is Preet Dosanjh. When you arrive, please ask for him. He is a dynamic character, and I'm sure you're interview will go swell.

Best Wishes,

Dick,

We were all hired in the believe of advancement not realizing that it was seasonal and not permanent like we were told. We were told our position was paid $10hr+ commission, and our commission scale was the first sale was 10$, the second was $15 the 3rd was 20$ and anything beyond 4 sales each day would pay $25 each. Well we worked 40hrs a week and got paid bi-weekly so in a total of 80hrs.follow me ok---
So 10$+ 80hrs is 800 correct, ofcourse minus taxes so my checks were 758.00 every time, which is obviously hourly only. The problem its I was one of there top reps and within 2 months sold well over 90 sales which in my mind was fantastic but the problem is that I was told I was already paid for my sales on my check but not one of my checks were ever over 800, RED FLAG!!! Now the worst party is when I would/do ask about it they say/said that all of my sales were either paid and most of them canceled..I laughed when I heard that...im in need of help to get my pay corrected, I quit this job last week because of this and today its christmas eve of 2011 and have no money for my kids gifts all because of the lies, cheats, and scams going on with this company...what do I do, , can someone please help me...
