CAB Cleaning and Restoration Bobby TOTAL SCAMMER!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!!!! Lilburn, Georgia

I called and scheduled a free inspection of my home because I had an old smell in my basement and a neighbor told me it might be mold. Bobby was very nice on the phone and came out the same day. When he walked into my home he starting saying, "mold, mold. There's mold in here" He then started telling me that me and my kids could get sick from breathing the mold. That it was like my kids were smoking 3 cigarettes a day breathing in the air inside the home. He told me it was going to be $5,400 to "remove the mold" and have healthy air for me and my kids to breath. He was very pushy and would not take no for an answer, he made me feel very uncomfortable. When I finally got him out of my home, WITHOUT doing any of the work he told me I needed to do, he told me "that's fine, I'm not the one who has to live here and breathe the mold, you do". He was very rude and pushy. I wanted another opinion and had another company come out and do an air test. The test showed that there was a normal amount of mold in my home. I did NOT have a mold problem! Bobby tried to rip me off for $5400 when I did not even have mold in my home!!!! I just wish everyone would look out for this man because he seems so nice and honest when in reality he is a LIAR and a scam artist!! BEWARE!!!! Do not let CAB Cleaning or Bobby into your home, you will regret it!!!!

Please disregard the complaint from "Cynthia", Report #806843, regarding CAB Cleaning. CAB cleaning has never had a work order placed for a customer named Cynthia with a $5, 400 estimate. Please be aware that anyone, including our competitors, can go on the internet and post false and fabricated information about any company they choose.

As a consumer, you should research companies through The Better Business Bureau, Service Magic and Angie's List instead of relying on on false information from individuals.
