Mexico, www.casamexicorealestate.com, 1st.Co www1st.co He conducted a real estate rental scam and stole over $12,000 from me and my family. He doubled booked us in a Villa in Cabo Villa Pedregal, aka Casa Mi Madre aka All the Candy villa. He left me stranded in Mexico for
now where for my wife and children to sleep. We slept on the beach and in
taxis while Richard Stuart Snyder laughed it off and called me a sucker! He
refused to fix the problem or refund my money along with over 37 other victims
that I know of anyway with our combined losses of over $180,000 hard money not
to mention all of the money we each had to spend on trying to survive on the
streets of Mexico for 1-2 weeks depending on the victim during high season!
Since them he skipped Cabo for Puerto Vallarta with some new websites and new
scams. Once people caught on to his scams he quickly ran out of town as the
police were closing in on him, so now he is hiding in Ajijic- Chapala Mexico
and my P.I. on the ground there informs me that took all of his victims money
and bought a $100,000 BMW, new house and bought a local Real Estate Rental
company to continue with his Real Estate Rental scam of taking peoples money
and then giving them nothing nor ever returning their deposits. Furthermore
those victims wanting to buy houses he is keeping their deposits and playing
games with their deeds and paperwork so my P.I. informs me. In order to expand
his crime wave he has started a telemarketing company to scam unsuspecting
people in Canada and the USA to make investments, rent properties and sell other
products the customers will never see. That info came directly from his own
employees there in ajijic whom are upset they have not been paid. You would
think even a scam artist would be smart enough to keep your scammers paid, but
a source inside of Casa Mexico says he spends all of his money eating out at
fancy restaurants, traveling, running around will girls 40+ years younger than
him, gambling, doing excessive amounts of cocaine, drinking and supporting his
prostitute addition with his victims money. What a life? Richard Stuart Snyder AKA Richard Jorge Snyder, Stewart Snyder, Stuart Snyder. He owns Call Center Americas, 1st.co and now Casa Mexico and has a 5 year history of conducting Real Estate Rental Scams, Fraud and Grand Theft as defined by law. He continues to run from Cabo to Puerto
Vallarta and now he is hiding in Ajijic - Chapala Mexico near Guadalajara, Mexico. He is a Professional Con Artist and major Real Estate Scammer which is why he has taken up refuge in Mexico. He rips people off through a number of companies, World Class Luxury,
www.casamexicorealestate.com www.1st.co and www.callcenteramericas.com. He runs
with a dangerous crowd, so please be concerned for your safety. I wouldn't
approach him without law enforcement with you just to ensure he doesn't harm
you or your loved ones. You can google him and find everything he has done to
so many victims that exceed $185,000 that I know of anyway with just a small
group of victims that have all kept in touch. Right now there is an
international investigation going on with him and his employees to see the
depth of fraud and corruption they are all involved in. I am in talks with the
F.B.I. as we speak, now that I found him again, but as a Christian my greatest
concern is that he doesn't steal from any other victims with his bogus rental
and real estate operation. BUYERS BEWARE so you are not his next victim or as
he called him "a sucker" as he laughed and hung up on me while
leaving me and my family completely homeless in Mexico during high season! He
will have lots of fake people saying its not true on this site as I have seen
him do on other sites. He is the master at deception. Please don't let him make
