Capitol Kia Austin
Capitol Kia Austin, Texas fraudent practices for loan approvals Internet
21st of Apr, 2011 by User213319
I was recently burned by Capitol Kia on Hwy 183 in Austin... I was told that I was approved at 4% interest, the manager showed me the bank figures, etc.. so i was happy, went home with the vehicle... the next morning i was to come in and do final paperwork and I was told that the computer "was down" but they couldnt "retrieve" my loan approval info..an hour or so later, they told me they couldnt contact the bank that approved me, but they happen to find one that was 9% higher interest (13%) or i could go to my bank since the "compueters were down".. hmm, if compueters were down, how did they find one for 13%... I found out that what he showed me on the compuer was the way he manipulated the figures to prompt a guaranteed approval to send to the banks but didnt hit "submit" button (thats why the banks had no record).. so i went home without the car.. never will i do business here!
