Caradco Windows Jeld Wen Windows and Doors Windows rotted out KLAMATH FALLS, Oregon

I bought my house 5 years ago and i am having the same problem as other people. All of my windows are rotting out and some of the actual window panes are starting to separate and rot away from the glass and are not sealing. I also have a film and fog in between the glass in a different window. My house is only 16 years old and i noticed some of these problems the first year i moved in. I've been researching the company that made the windows and found out their are other people in other cities with the same problem. I am trying to figure out what my next course of action is. Obviously i have to start replacing my windows which is not something i cannot afford to do at this time and wasn't prepared to do on a 16 year old house. I know the builder or contractor wouldn't do anything about this. I don't feel its right that a house so new should have to have all of the windows replaced in such a short amount time. If their is a class action suit against this manufacturer for this particular problem i would like to be included in it. i don't think its right for this company to get away with selling such a poor product. Windows should last a lot longer than 16 years.
