| I was sold a sick puppy that was given a perfect bill of health report by these breeders and their Veterinarian. I had this puppy 3 days, he wouldn't eat, had constant Diarrhea, Choking spells, Gagging and vomiting up 6" Roundworms. The Breeder Carol Kienlen said it "was no big deal", not serious".... And do not take him to my vet even though I had asked her before the worm incident when was I supposed to take him to my Vet to fulfill her puppy contract. She preferred I give him back for a refund. He is now again for Sale on her website. She told me I was seeing Spaghetti and that " she forgot to tell me" that her husband Jim gave the puppies Spaghetti the day before because they had run out of rice. They met me at McDonalds off of I-95 near St. Augustine/ Green Cove Springs Exit. To give me the puppy. I wasn't allowed to visit their home before I bought the puppy because they supposedly had some incidents at their home and no longer allowed it. These worms are parasites from fleas and eating raw meat, feces and highly contagious to all of the other Animals. And can be transferred from Mother to pups. They claimed they religiously de wormed the puppies from two weeks of age up until their Last Vet visit for shots the day before I got him. I have a report from her stating the pups passed their exam with flying colors.. No Worms, fleas, overjoyed, underbites. This is signed by their Vet Dr. Art Riley of STARKE, FL. She also guaranteed her puppies against any problem and stated she would never let a puppy go if it was sick, even if it had worms! The puppy does.. He is very ill. And she is trying to sell him on her website right now. She says she will fly him out to a buyer and they must now make a 200 deposit which in non-refundable! Her claim to fame is that her puppies were on Animal Planet and has had several famous people, Doctors, Anesthesiologists buy her puppies. |

In some of my comments I am referencing statements that Cindy Lake has made on other websites...
Anyone that reads this woman's ( Cindy Lake) complaint that knows us, and knows how healthy our pups are, knows this is all untrue, and several have actually laughed when they read this.
I think that most folks can tell by her note that she is a bit confused and has no business with a puppy...THIS is the reason I wanted the puppy returned and I refunded her FULLY, not because I feared there was anything wrong with the pup, quite the contrary...matter of fact he went to 2 different Vets after this, checked out totally healthy, and I have the paperwork to prove it, and I took him back to the Vet only to prove what I say, not that I feared him to be unhealthy. He did not go to 3 small children, he went to a good home otherwise, and how the heck would she know where he went anyway as she claimed on another website...the man that has him is very happy with him and I can provide that info as well.
When I saw how this woman was so unprepared for a puppy, even after the much info I sent her, and she had not even purchased his food, and ask me what to feed him when I took him to her, then I knew she was unprepared, as she had been on our waiting list for 2 months!
She was angry because she did not get the pup returned to her, we are particular with our placements and saw that she was not the good placement we had originally thought.
The pup did not have worms, he was tested twice again after this...where that so called worm came from who knows, because she did make the statement that her husband did not watch him while outdoors and he ingested some leaves and things, so who knows what that worm deal was all about...but the puppy was totally healthy...and we held him an additional 3 weeks after getting him back from her to make sure he did not contact anything while in her care for 3 days...we did not let the pup go immediately as she insinuates...
She also says we would not let her in our home...my Mother was very ill and she knew this, my Mother has since passed away this past week, but Cindy was told of my circumstances at the time, and agreed to meet somewhere else instead, due to my situation...no one twisted her arm to make her meet me there. There are plenty of folks that have been in our home to get their pups, this was just a bad time at the time and she knew this as it was explained in detail to her, which I have the emails to prove.
She also said we were very rude when we met her to get the pup, we had never seen her husband before the day we met to take the pup back, so yes, we did not know who he was, but NO, we were not rude...very untrue statement!
I have all the paperwork that proves her lies, as well as copies of all Vet reports to prove this was a very healthy pup, if anyone would like to see them!
As far as her claiming we claimed to have sold to entertainers and such, I have the proof of that pudding as well...which is really *** for her to bring all that into it, it had nothing to do with anything.
I think anyone that would believe someone like this probably is quite gullable, so I wish you well on your search...but those of you that may question it, all you have to do is ask and I will provide proof!
We have the right to place our pups where we feel is in their best interest, when we took the pup back and did not return it, as we felt she was not a good home, this is when she made up these lies and carried it to this extreme, simply because she was angry...there is no truth to her accusations and I can prove it!
We have many many references we offer folks as well as several Vets that will tell you that our pups are HEALTHY!
