Carrols Tire Wharehouse Don't honor warranty on new tires and road hazard Delano , California

I bought 4 new tires at Carrolls Tire Wharehouse at Delano Ca on the 4/11/2011, I still have the receipt. I had my car service at a auto shop and there where I notice several deep cracks inside of the 4 tires I bought 7 months ago. Made a call to Carrols where I bought and told him my problem tires issue. He told me to come over the shop and they would take a look at my tires. So I brought my car and the guy pretty much told me that they where weather cracks that is normal and it was normal for tire to crack. They didn't bother to look in the inside of my tire. I felt cheated, they didn't replace the deep crack tires and I fear for the safety and safety of others because i'm driving to work with crack tires waiting for a blow out to happen because Carrolls didn't honor the warranty of my tires. I wish I could replace my tires but don't have the funds to replace the tires.
