Carsafe A Fool & His Money... st. charles, Missouri

While researching a piece of junk mail we received last week, I found your website, read all the horrible experiences people write about and decided to see how they would "try to convince" me to purchase this wonderfully, fantastic package on a 6 year old vehicle. Chris is still there pretending to be the great and powerful Oz, deciding whether or not you are worthy of this extra warranty. It was such a load of malarky, that I had to mute myself while I was laughing, then asked to be removed from their mailing list. The young woman was reading from a script and said if the monthly payment is a problem...I am replying what? I didn't say that and while I was asking to be removed from their mailing list, she hung up. So I called back, asked for a supervisor and guess what? Chris is the supervisor too! Explained what happened and wanted to verify we would be removed from their mailing list. Here's the reply Sounds like you are the one with the problem. I asked if you will remove me from your mailing list and do not contact me again in writing or by phone. I will make sure you never get coverage for that vehicle. Well, thanks but are you removing me from your mailing list? You are never going to get coverage for that vehicle. I will personally make sure we never authorize coverage for your vehicle. Hey, that's great, but are you removing me from your mailing list? For as long as you own that vehicle, no one will ever provide you with coverage. What an arrogant man-child. It wouldn't surprise me if he screamed after I Hung up, kicked his desk or his dog and threw something on the floor. Incidentally, they try to throw the names of the nearest dealerships out in their conversations to mislead people into thinking they work closely with these companies. I called the dealership I do business with and they have never heard of them. So buyer beware - if you really want to throw money away on an extended warranty, go to the nearest dealership for your vehicle type and get it there. Then you can read, see and ask questions in person and get the type of coverage you want, if you want it, in your own city.
