I went online to obtain a vehicle report. I went to CarVinHistory.com. The website avertised a report for $2.95. Once my account was set up, I attempted to acess it and was denied acess. I attempted on less than 6 times to contact the company and resolve the situation. I was never able to access my account but still charged. I was able to get a cancellation of the account that would have charged my account $29.95 after the 3rd day. I was told by the Customer Service department that there was no way to get my $2.95 charge refunded. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and none was available. I asked to speak to someone from the company and the Customer Service department said they had no number for the company. End result I was charged for a service I was never able to use. I was never able to speak to anyone from the company.
