Cash Advance USA Threatened to take me to court on 9-6-11 and a year ago but i did not borrow from them Internet

Hello, I just got a call for the 2nd time from a man that sounded indian and his name was Mr. Jones. He said that I took a cash advance loan about a year ago and I did not take a loan with cash advance usa ever. I already had looked into this the first time he called me a year ago and he told me that they were taking me to court and that I did not have the option to pay them anymore. I told him to go ahead that I would counter sure him for harassing me at work. I looked at all my statments and I paid off any loans that I may have had and I know for a fact that I did not do anything with this company. He called me today and told me that they were taking me to court tomorrow and that I need to make sure I have a lawyer tomorrow. I told him that is not the way people get summoned to court and that he needs to learn the law before he calls people with this nonsense. I am tired of getting calls from this guy and he is calling my job never at home. He had my ss# address and alot of my info which makes me nervous. I seen on this website today that other people have had the same problem with this same company and I would like to report it. I got very upset the first time he called me and told me they were taking me to court and I don t need that at work or any time in my life. I have ok credit and it took me a while to get that way and I dont need anyone harassing me at my job with something I dont owe I am sick of this company and I wish that a class action suit would be brought against them. I can not get a phone number or address on the website only a email contact that is fishy to me. If you feel the same way or had this happen to you dont be afraid to put them out there. Thank you.
