My daughter got a call from these people and they REALLY scared her . . . I looked them up on the internet for her and found all the posts on this site and many complaints on the Ripoff Report website. They basically claim you have a large outstanding payday loan with (name of company changes) and that it has not been paid back. She knew she never got such a loan but they then provided her some of her own personal information such as name, address, phone # & even SS# then claimed that the police would be to her location shortly to have her arrested unless she paid $X immediately. She was scared but luckily didn't give them any more personal info and called me right away to ask what she should do. These guys are true slime bags and I would be EXTREMELY excited to participate in a class-action suit or any other action to stop them.
