I received a call on my work phone and cell phone from an Indian women. The women stated that I was being sued for non payment of a loan, but said she was just a paralegal and could not give any specific info. She gave me the phone number of the "Law Office, and asked that I call them to get specific info. I called and got a very rude guy who told me I was being brought up on three seperte charges, was going to be arrested and dragged to California, and they were going to contact my employer to let them know that I was using thier name in a fraudulent manner. When I tried to explain that I had never taken any cash loan and asked for the court it was filed in the man became even more ignorant and ended up hanging up on me. This is not the first time this has happened.
