I wasnt even on this loan deal, except as a reference. A few months ago we got a call from a middle easterner named Mike, that was trying to collect and saying that my fiance was going to be summoned to court and all kinds of crap. He was rude and hateful, and was just threating us, and I keep very detailed finiancial records - I told him WE NEVER got a loan! My fiance had never gotten a payday loan in his life!

Now, I have someone else (Walt Shaffer) calling me saying that I had 2 outstanding loans and that they are going to take me to court for bad checks, etc... Well, I NEVER got a payday loan with them either! I have had a couple with Cash America, which I always paid back in time and never did anything online.

Somehow these people have my last 2 bank info, my ss # and who knows what else. WE NEVER GOT A LOAN WITH THESE A**HOLES!!! And they are constantly harrassing me! I dont know what to do...
