| Paul Gardner / Catalina Imports Paul Gardner is a mechanic, for as he states British cars in the Birmingham Alabama area. He is located in LEEDS under Catalina Imports. The name Paul Gardner also makes us British car owners shiver when he hear it. I will explain why in this report. Paul Gardner is currently the operator of Catalina Imports in Leeds Alabama, along with is wife Cathy Gardner. Paul Gardner has opened 4 auto repair businesses, including Catalina Imports and the last 3 times, he has bankrupted all three businesses, every time the name changes due to bankruptcy. It is possible for an honest business man to go bankrupt once maybe twice, but 3 times? I think not! Paul has ran 3 import businesses, into the ground with his dishonest ways, and I highly doubt it will be any different with Catalina Imports. He is very skilled at coning and charging customers for parts that DO NOT need to be changed on a car and of course never doing the work. He was once fired for this before opening his own business many years ago. From what I hear Paul is STILL doing this! Of course once a rat always a rat! I used to know Paul, before I found out about his deceitful ways, I purposely lost contact with him. Paul is a very uneasy, unstable, sneaky person, and he will give you a VERY uneasy feeling when, introducing himself, nearly everyone in the British car community here in Birmingham has had an unfortunate run-in with Paul Gardner over the years, and every one of us has learnt our lesson with him. I now notice he has expanded to other cars, as he states on his website At Catalina Imports we provide service and repair for all models, imports as well as domestic. This is anything but the truth Paul Gardner is VERY unskilled at British car repairs and personally I would not trust him to pop the hood on any of my cars! He is anything but trained or even familiar with domestic, or import cars. I would also like to point out on his new website he states he has owned his own business for 27 years, though he states none of the names or references anything for the 27 years but of course he does not want to put the names of the 3 business he bankrupted in the last 27 years. Paul has tried 4 times to have a Successful business, but the last three times they have ended up at bankruptcy court because Pauls sneaky, conceiving ways always get the best of him. Just as they will this time at Catalina Imports. I have set back and watched as the last 3 businesses were opened and bankrupted by Paul I have also met and seen many of the customers he has completely burnt! This time is to much! I cannot set back and watch him con MORE innocent people I feel this report speaks for itself and I caution anyone who has dealings with Paul AS YOU WILL GET LIED TO, CHEATED, & BURNT I hope you reading this will choose to take my advice and keep your car and yourself as FAR AWAY from PAUL GARDNER & CATALINA IMPORTS AS POSSIBLE! If you dont you will wish you had. |
