November 4, 2010: Engine on Saturn dies, call Caylor for help. Caylor tows Saturn to his house, and diagnoses head failure, requiring repair. November 6, 2010: Caylor requests $500 to purchase the parts necessary to repair the engine. November 10, 2010: Caylor decides that the engine is not repairable, and that a complete engine replacement is necessary. No parts have been purchased. December 4, 2010: Caylor has done nothing to the car. Car was towed from Caylor’s house to Sarasota, where another mechanic completed the job, removing the engine, and replacing it. December 4, 2010 through March 3, 2011: Repeated attempts to contact Caylor failed – no return of numerous phone calls and emails. Caylor was contacted personally at this house, when he refused to discuss the matter.

This is such a lie...this customer left his car to sit for two months and refused to pay!

Caylor Automotive is well known in the community and is a very reputable business. Look at all the positive reviews from the thousands of customers they have pleased over the years!
