I took my iPhone in to repair its LCD screen. When I went to pick it up, the Apple was the only thing that would show up o the screen when it was turned on. He said he was going to connect it to iTunes to try and restore it. He called later that day and said it was a bad battery.. I was curious as to why the Apple would show up if the battery was bad? Then he later called and said the hard drive crashed and it wasn't repairable.. (Or that it would be cheaper to buy a new one.) When I went in to retrieve it, he offered to buy it for $20 "for parts"... Later I took it home and connected it to my iTunes. I used the "restore" option and later learned that it worked fine and just needed a screen repair. Basically, he was trying to buy my phone to repair and sell it!! I noticed there were 3 other iPhones in the display case for sell... This makes me think he possibly did the same to those customers. BEWARE OF THIS GUY!!!!!
