Symon Hawk of Central Investigations has repeatedly called my home, job, cell phone, friends and family regarding their pursuing legal action against me if I do not pay them restitution in the amount of $320 for a defaulted payday loan- which I never made. The first time he called he said something about identity theft, the second and third time the story changed and he said he was trying to prevent me from going to court over a $320 payday loan. Symon Hawk has a middle eastern voice, and he sounds like he is in a call center- but when I used reverse look-up to check out his phone number, it comes back as a private residence.


I want this problem to cease immediately. He called my mother, who just got out of the hospital, and harrassed her.
