Central Payment Corp. is a big scam. Their scam artist salesman convinced me to sign a contract that I have regretted ever since (about 5 years now). They charge outrageous processing fees and there is seemingly no way to sever ties with them once you sign a contract. They have been withdrawing money from my bank account without my consent. I tried canceling my vendor account five months ago and they are still taking money from me. The last withdrawal was $995.00. Their salesman lied about everything - I wish that I would have taken the contract to my lawyer first. I can not believe that a company could be so dishonest and get away with it.

I'm curious. What legal advice has your lawyer provided to you if they are still withdrawing money from your bank account without your consent?
