Took my money & had no product to send

I ordered $121.22 worth of albums and dust jackets on 3/11/11. On 3/23/11 I called asking where my merchandise was. I was told they ran out of plastic and they were back-ordered. I never received an email stating this but they were sending me emails with ads to buy albums at a discount.

I spoke with Charles who offered a refund and also promised the albums would arrive by mid-April.
I called yesterday, May 25th and Charles answered the phone. I asked him if anyone called BBB or Consumer Affairs to make complaints. He said that I'd have to Google that info, and this is how I found scam informer.

I demanded a full refund and Charles said, "Why? People love our product and are happy to wait." He said I'd have the product in 4 - 6 weeks. That is what I was told in March. I asked to put the money back on my Am Exp card and he said, "no we can't do that. We can only write you a check and you can expect it in 10 - 15 days because we have to hand write them."

I had asked the address of their company when I called in March and it is
10245 Slusher Drive
Sante Fe Springs, CA and the company name is NCD on the credit card billing.

I hope if you have been affected by this company that you lodge a complaint, too.
